I hate my serger

While I was in Baltimore I left my serger to be repaired. As part of my Christmas gifts, DH really wanted to pick it up (it's quite a hike) and pay for the repairs. $80 later, I sat down at the serger and it promptly broke again. The original problem, the repair guy said, was that I was using the wrong thread. So I decided to rethread it with correct thread. Still won't sew. After about three hours I gave it up when a needle broke. I already know that the needles are very hard to change out. Grrrr for a really entry level serger (name is anonymous but it starts with a big S). Things like that really do things to my sewing mojo.
