Becoming Electrified

The electrician is here today. That means no sewing, no painting, no swimming pool, as I shouldn't leave and anything else would be in his way. Guess I'm chained to the computer or a good book, lol! This past year has been one fix after another. First a broken wrist, new paint for the bedrooms, a new roof, a new driveway, then the "great flood of 2009" with it's attendant problems, and now new wiring for the house. When the new opening between the dining room and kitchen is complete, and the skimcoating and painting of the family room is finally finished, I'm going to take a rest from renovation and concentrate on some travelling and sewing!
