Finally nearly a year of hard work is over. I have deposited the check from the closing so it is officially sold! The buyers, when I met them, are sweet young first timers who love the house. They were exceptionally complimentary and excited to be living there. This is why I flip houses. But what a burden off my shoulders! I've been browsing the web for something new, but realistically what I must do is concentrate on getting my personal life in good shape. I've been gaining weight again because I think I "deserve" chocolate and I "deserve" a day off from excercise. But it's just laziness. I used to be very disciplined and now I am going to try to get back into the "just do it!" mode.
