I finally hung some curtains in the sewing room, and got rid of the old vertical blinds. It feels much warmer (of course darker!) and cozy. The curtains are from my family room, so I feel quite virtuous by repurposing them. They don't make a very good backdrop for pictures, though. The millionth version of Vogue 8151, plus a Simplicty pattern gored skirt. I like the Simplicity better than the Loes Hines gored skirt pattern. So at least I have another outfit for church, although the skirt is linen and it's the end of October. Next one will have to be in wool!
