I just spent a week in Baltimore, visiting family. Here is my granddaughter and me, decorating a birthday cake for a friend. We had a wonderful time, and of course I had to visit Michael's fabrics on the last day. And of course I bought some wonderful wool/cashmere/silk blend for pants and some poly/viscose for a skirt/top combination. I must up my sewing skills for all these expensive, beautiful fabrics! Robin, from Artisan's Square site, met me for lunch. What a great person she is. I knew she would be, just from her comments on the site. But it's great to meet in person.
