What's with the latest edition of Notions, the newsletter put out by the American Sewing Guild? I don't pretend to be a professional proofreader, but this edition is a mess. Pages 2 and 3 have the same editorial, purporting to be by different women. OK, no problem there, mistakes happen. What really got me is on page 8, an article called "Pattern Testers". Here they are discussing a Vogue pattern by Sandra Betzina, V2946. Now I like SB patterns, and am searching for a new top. But, V2946 is an Oscar de la Renta pattern. While a pretty blouse, it's hardly something Sandra Betzina would design!
