Green fleece jacket

This is the first thing I've finished in my new "30 minutes of sewing" mode. I don't like the fit, but that's why I chose a cheap fleece for the muslin. It's too big, too long, and the pockets are too high. When am I going to stop cutting a pattern based on my bust measurement? I actually went down one size regardless of bust measurement, but the body of the jacket is still about 4 inches too big. The good things are: it can go over other garments on the tennis court and then be removed easily; and, my serger behaved like the little lady I was sure she was. Plus, the separating zipper was not all that difficult after all.

Good to break in the new machine! I like the design.
