Inspirations...or maybe I'm taking this too far?

There's a definite trend here. Similar necklines, sleeveless, fitted bodice, skirt. I like the idea of one in lace, though. But I remember my friend Gail's remark that she would never sew a lace dress on a machine. Strictly handsewn all the way. Not for me, though. I'd use the machine and hope for the best...of course I wouldn't use expensive lace...$7.99 at Fabric Mart. Good enough for a first try.
