Tearing My Hair Out, and Girlfriends

Yes, it's just an expression but I really do tear my hair out when under stress. Fortunately I have thick hair! Now my buyers want the radon level in the flip house to be at 2.0, which the EPA says is a "safe" level. There is NO WAY even the most expensive radon remediation company will guarantee such a level. They guarantee 4.0. The other agent, and the remediation company, are trying to convince these "environmentally concious" people that this is the best they are going to get. Stress level: high, very high. On the other hand, I spent yesterday playing cards with my lady friends, then out to dinner with another group of friends. Friends reduce stress!!!!
