But I have to mention these tacos I made last week. I went to the Smyrna farmer's market, held every Saturday morning in the summer, and lo and behold a man was selling home made tortillas. I asked him if they were ground on stone and he admitted they were not. Still, they spoke to me of home. They're the best I've had in years. These particular tacos have no meat--just cheese, black olives, onions, avacado, lettuce, and fresh farmer's market tomatoes. That's plenty to stuff into a taco!
